5-Story, 80-Room Hotel Under Construction in the NoHo Arts District
A crew was out on Saturday mixing and laying concrete, and an entire underground parking structure appears to be part of the immense project.
A new five-story, 80-room hotel is currently under construction on Burbank Boulevard just east of Lankershim Boulevard in the NoHo Arts District.
A crew was out on Saturday mixing and laying concrete, and an entire underground parking structure appears to be part of the immense project. According to a worker on the site, the name of the finished project will be the "NoHo Hotel."
According to an Office of Zoning Administration public hearing notice from Jan. 25, 2010, the construction involves the addresses 11342, 11348, 11350 Burbank Blvd., which used to be a used car lot. The land is owned by a private party, Rajesh Patel (see attached pdf at this link - bit.ly/zAJsU7).
