As part of our George Barris Week, Monday we profiled George Barris, the "King of the Kustomizers," a man responsible for The Batmobile, the Munster Mobile and countless other famous TV and film cars.

Barris gives us an up close and personal look at the Batmobile and a few other of his famous autos, which are all located at his shop Barris Kustom Industries in North Hollywood. 

Today we hear Barris tell us the story of the car that actor James Dean was killed in.

Barris customized the Porsche 550 Spyder that Dean was killed in during a head-on collision in 1955. He also came into possession of the wreckage, but what happened to that wreckage remains a mystery to this day ...
