Improvements Continue at Valley Village Park

Construction crews will now be installing new picnic tables.

The next phase of improvements at is underway. After installation of a walking path, new children's playground and other additions, work has now begun on the installation of new picnic tables, a process that will require cordoning off the area with hurricane fencing, removal of the existing tables, scraping the epoxy off the concrete pad, and setting in the new tables, according to Councilman Paul Krekorian's office.

The time line for this will be approximately six weeks, and signage will be posted for the public indicating the closure times.
