Reagan's Son Sued Over Ownership of '@Reagan.com'
A plaintiff alleges Toluca Lake resident Michael Reagan sold ownership interest without disclosing to a business partner.
The adopted son of former President Ronald Reagan is facing a lawsuit for allegedly breaching an agreement with a business partner in a venture to profit off the domain name @Reagan.com, according to Courthouse News Service.
In 2006, Michael Reagan, a Toluca Lake resident, Tim Kelly and Elias Chavando began an online service where people could purchase an email address with the domain name @Reagan.com.
In 2011, Reagan and Kelly allegedly sold 25 percent of the business's ownership interest to an outside party without disclosing the transaction to Chavando, Courthouse News Service reports.

Chavando is suing for fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, conversion, breach of partnership agreement, breach of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment, according to Courhouse News Service.
