Robin Thicke to Give Mini-Concert Before Today's Dodger Game

Yes, "Blurred Lines" will be one of the songs sung. We think everyone will keep their clothes on.

Singer Robin Thicke will perform a three-song concert before today's Los Angeles Dodgers-San Francisco Giants game at Dodger Stadium, including his chart-topping hit "Blurred Lines."

The concert will begin at 12:40 p.m. in center field. Thicke will also throw a ceremonial first pitch and start the game by declaring, "It's time for Dodger baseball."

Actor Jason Bateman will be the honorary public address announcer.

Former Dodgers Derrell Thomas and Dennis Powell will sign autographs in the left and field pavilion plaza areas before the game.

Army Staff Sgt. Leo Negrete of San Pedro will be the Veteran of the Game. Negrete enlisted in 1999 and trained as a M1 armor crewman, who responsibilities included operation of armored vehicle.

Negrerte served deployments in Kuwait and Afghanistan. His honors included the Global War on Terrorism Medal, the Bronze Star and two Army Achievement Medals. He is serving in the Army Reserves with the 809th Quartermaster Detachment at Kirtland Air Force Base as a petroleum quality assurance noncommissioned officer.

All auto and stadium gates will open at 11 a.m. for the 1:10 p.m. game.

A limited number of tickets remained for the game as of late Friday afternoon, according to a team official.
