Warning: Zombie Attack Coming to NoHo!

Anyone who's ever wanted to dress up like a zombie and roam the streets like they're part of a real horror film, don't miss this event on Saturday.

Just because it'll be after Halloween doesn't mean zombies will go away that easily.

The first ever NoHo Zombie Walk is taking place this Saturday along Lankershim Boulevard and those interested in participating are encouraged to arrive in the proper undead attire.

Organized by Panorama City resident Jaye Shaw, a devotee of cinematic flesh feasts like George Romero's Living Dead Series, the event is geared toward people over the age of 13.

And while this might a golden opportunity for anyone who's wanted to show off their zombie strut, Shaw wants to remind participants to be mindful of passers-by.

"We just want people to act safe and be careful about other people's private space and just be cautious of somebody who doesn't want to be touched," she said.

NoHo Zombie Walk takes place on Saturday from 5-7 p.m. Meetup is at the Metro Red Line Station. From there, the walk will head down to Lankershim and Huston Street and loop back.
