A new 308-unit apartment complex with amenities for NoHo Arts District transplants started welcoming tenants earlier this month, Curbed L.A. reports.
Developed by Alliance Residential and dubbed the Hesby, the complex has amenities for the creative kind such as a writers' cafe with an espresso bar and a music rehearsal studio. A lounge and a training club are also part of the property.
Units come at $1,820 for a studio, a one bedroom for $2,035 and a 2-bedroom has a price tag of $3,220.
