There are numerous news reports out on the Internet today about TV and film star Steve Carell jumping behind the counter of a North Hollywood pizzeria and helping the owner when a member of the staff didn't show up for work.
According to the reports, including on ContactMusic.com, the former star of The Office on NBC and current star of the film Seeking a Friend for the End of the World arrived at the pizzeria to pick up an order when he noticed the owner was understaffed and flustered, so he jumped behind the counter for 45 minutes taking orders and answering the phones.
The one problem is that none of the reports say which North Hollywood pizzeria it was. Does anyone know? Did you order a pizza recently and think, "Gee, that guy looks an awful lot like Steve Carell." If so, let us know.
