It's starting to look a little familiar. That one restaurant spot at Living NoHo on Magnolia Boulevard is hardly ever open.
At first it was the delayed opening of the long-awaited P. Gators, which quickly floundered and was followed up by the rapid opening of Hamburger Hamlet XP.
A few readers were recently pointing out that the new burger joint doesn't look like it's open for business anymore, but one of the property's leasing agents says that's not the case.
It looks like more mechanical repairs are required before Hamburger Hamlet XP can reopen in about a month or so, said Joseph Gabbaian, a senior vice president at Grubb & Ellis Company.
