Kaiser Opens New Medical Building in Valley

The four-story, 70,000-square-foot office houses many departments. Find out which.

Kaiser Permanente opened today of a newly-built, four-story medical office building in Panorama City.

The new, 70,000-square-foot building is part of a long-term infrastructure improvement and maintenance plan that began with the opening of a replacement hospital in 2008 and will take valley residents well into the future, according to a Kaiser press release.
 
Departments moving into the new “Medical Offices 5” building include: 

  • Audiology 
  • Diagnostic Imaging (mammography, breast ultrasound, stereotactic biopsy) 
  • Gastroenterology 
  • Head and Neck Surgery 
  • Home Infusion Pharmacy 
  • Infectious Diseases 
  • Infusion Care Center 
  • Laboratory 
  • Nuclear Medicine 
  • Pain Management 
  • Pulmonary Medicine 
  • Respiratory Care 
  • Speech Pathology 
  • Wound Clinic 

“This new medical office building is a beautifully designed example of our commitment to the health and well-being of our members in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita valleys,” said Panorama City Executive Director Dennis Benton. 

Future plans for the medical center area include extensive remodeling and updating of existing facilities on the hospital campus, as well as new medical office space in Santa Clarita.
