Knitting and crocheting shop Sit n' Stitch in Toluca Lake has announced plans to close up and move to Burbank by Dec. 1, according to a sign on its front door.
In addition to yarn, needles and other supplies, the shop at 10154 Riverside Dr. is known for its many tutorial classes.
Some Yelp reviewers highlighted the workshops and chit-chatting with other knitters as they clacked needles.
"Nice ladies, great atmosphere, huge selection without the snobbery of some other places close by," one commenter wrote.
Sit n' Stitch is moving to 1717 W. Verdugo Ave. in Burbank, which is about two miles away.
No word yet on what's going to take its place or if even a new tenant has signed up to move in.
