A 2-unit storefront on Magnolia Boulevard in the heart of the NoHo Arts District that's been vacant for more than a year will soon be home to a massage spa and another store called E-Cig City.
The new businesses are located at 11044 Magnolia Blvd., next to Cafe NoHo and the former location of the Avery Schreiber Theatre, which is turning into the newest location for gastro pub Fat Dog.
One reader already commented on Patch's Facebook page saying she would have rather seen a juice bar or an arcade move in.
