Meet the Green Man Psychics

The store, which opened on Lankershim a year ago, has recently expanded its space for psychic readers.

on Lankershim Boulevard is a store that celebrates all things pagan. It offers psychic readings, reiki and a variety of classes, and stocks a wide selection of apothecary herbs, jewelry, wands, crystals, incense and candles.

The store celebrates its first birthday Saturday. To mark the occasion, staff members will be having a party after it closes at 7:30 p.m. The event is open to the public, so NoHoans can go along and meet the staff, including the psychic readers.

Click on the video above to see them discuss the store, and their craft.

The Green Man, 5712 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood; 818-985-2010. For the store's full calendar of events, click here.

If I ran a paper, every use of the word "psychic" would have quotes around it. I'm sure they're nice folks, though.

Psychics or see-ers(as referred to in most religions) are real. Unfortunately, there are too many folks out here who profess to be and are just taking people's money. These are TRUE see-ers. Many have read for me and I am sceptical of the fakes, trust me. The folks at The Green Man are lovely people. ~Girlfriend of a reader("psychic").

Dear tbs, Deon Coles black box is the worst tv show ever. Though it is hosted by a black man, it'sRead More a show based on pointing fun and rude Racist jokes directed toward black people. If there was a white host it would be considered racist but because a black man was appointed to be host , you might have figured we wouldn't be offended but we are and I can't speak for all but I feel like resist jokes aren't ok regardless of who is telling them and I would like tbs to take down this show or atleast change the points in the show ! -signed, Kalil Stimpson

First of all, Bill, a funniest new comic in LA NOT being gay would be news. In addition, being aRead More comedian myself, I can tell you most gay comedians are not as bigoted as you suggest.
