Meet the New Owners of Eclectic Cafe

A husband and wife with plenty of combined restaurant experience are now the new owners of NoHo's Eclectic Cafe on Lankershim Boulevard.

First opened in 1992, the restaurant and lounge focuses on array of entrees ranging from steak to pasta and pizza.

Don and Laura Adams recently told nohoartsdistrict.com that they don't plan on making too many big changes to menu items at the moment, but they have already made a few tweaks.

"What we have done to date is improve the over all food quality with fresh, seasonal, local ingredients and also placing some of our favorite recipes onto our menus," Laura told the website. We continue to strive for the highest quality at a great value for our guests. We are really proud of our handcrafted cocktail menu, which rivals top bars in any city and this is the feedback we are getting from our guests which is fantastic to hear." 

Don is a certified Sommelier and has had years of experiencing designing restaurant concepts, while Laura has gained marketing experience in the industry.
