that come Aug. 15, it would cost $1.50 to park for 15 minutes at the shopping center's lot and $15 for the entire day.
But a few technical issues delayed the implementation of the fees until Monday, said Paul Gnasso, regional director of Ace Parking Management.
Gnasso said paying for parking is one of the ways to make sure that people who use the NoHo Commons lot shop and dine at the shopping center.
He added that several businesses would be offering two-hour free parking validation.
