A raw juice shop to be run by a vegan food coach and caterer is taking over the former location of the Toluca Village Pharmacy at Riverside Riverside and Alameda Avenue.
RAWkin' Juice is expected to open up a 2,000-square-foot storefront by the New Year, according to the owner's Facebook page.
Raw food enthusiast Steve Factor will be at the helm and is already a well-known health coach and caterer under his company, Pure Energy Factor. He's used to whipping up raw vegan sushi, "mock" meats and smoothies.
RAWkin' Juice will be located at 4201 W. Alameda Ave., Toluca Lake.
