Restaurant, Gym Unlikely for 5000 Lankershim Blvd.

The 4,500-square-foot property is more suitable for an office or recording studio, according to its listing agent.

Lankershim Boulevard in the NoHo Arts District has seen a resurgence of new businesses and restaurants over the past few years, but some properties remain noticeably vacant.

One such location is 5000 Lankershim Blvd., which sits on the corner of the happening street and Morrison Avenue.

Once home to a recording studio, the 4,500-square-foot unit is available for lease, but its listing agent doesn't expect a restaurant or a gym to be the next tenant.
