The NoHo Arts District welcomed its newest eatery Tuesday with the grand opening of Skynny Kitchen, which offers a menu comprised of items under 500 calories.
Located at 5166 Lankershim Blvd., the eatery features dishes like bison wraps, turkey meatloaf and portobello burgers.
"Bison is actually leaner than turkey, but you still get kind of a beef flavor from it," said owner Matt Flinn, who adds that nothing on his menu is fried.
