Where/When: In front of Lankershim Elementery at 5200 Bakman Ave. in North Hollywood, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

Why Go: This will be the second weekend of the farmers market, which just launched and was well supported by the community last Saturday. Come out and . There will be plenty of locally-grown food, art and live music.

Where/When: Foy Park at 3211 W Victory Blvd, Burbank, 7-9 p.m.

AFTERBUZZ TV: Breaking Bad Edition

Where/When: Jon Lovitz Comedy Club, 1000 Universal Studios Blvd., No. 222, Universal City; 7 p.m.

Why Go: Maria Menounos and her new media network will be joining a live audience at the comedy club for the season finale of the hit show Breaking Bad. Following the finale, there will be an after-show and some cast members will be in attendance to be interviewed.

Taste of Encino  

When/Where: Sunday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Ventura Boulevard, between Balboa Boulevard and Amestoy Avenue in Encino.

Why Go: It’s a community gathering with foods from around the world, local restaurants, a health and wellness pavillion, arts and craft vendors, business expo, children’s activities, entertainment, pumpkin patch, beer and wine garden and more.

Pricing: Free admission; cost for food and vendors.

Why Go: The Japanese Garden's Origami Festival features traditional and modern origami displays, origami lessons and supplies and an Origami Trading Post.
