Magnolia Boulevard in the NoHo Arts District has seen a flurry of activity lately with closings like the departure of Someone Else's and the opening of Jenny and Jimbob Jewelry.

Now, there's two vacant storefronts that recently underwent a prolonged touch-up and are ready to house some new businesses.

Located at 11042 Magnolia Blvd., right next to Cafe NoHo, these spaces are each 1,250 square feet, according to NAI Capital's website.
