Community Update

I have never had worse service in my entire life of owning animals. The service person was surly. I had a coupon which advertised cat baths for $16.00. On one side of the coupon it did say that that price was Sunday only, but on the flip side, with the $16.00 coupon, it did not make it clear that it could only be used on Sunday. So, the price was $39.00 a far cry from $16.00. This bath included a nail trim. When we retrieved our cat she was already in her carrier. RICK, the surly person who took her in, handed her to us and said, 'this was not a happy cat.' Nice. No thanks for your business, nothing. When we got her home, each paw had DRIED BLOOD on it. Not only was it expensive, they trimmed her nails too close and now she's in pain, and very unhappy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS STORE!!
