Singer/actress Hilary Duff's home in Toluca Lake, which has been on the market since 2010, has been sold for $6.5 million, down from a 2010 listing price of $7 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The buyers are designer Don Stanzione and Sheri Callan, owners of Callan Advertising, according to the report.
We on the 9,277-square-foot Spanish-style Mediterranean home back in April of 2010. The beautiful house has heated bathroom floors, pool, a billiards room, art and dance studios, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a cognac room and a gift wrapping room (to name just a few of the amenities).
Public records show Duff bought the property in 2004 for $3.5 million, according to the Times.
