Berman Ceramic Arts, now in its
41st year in the heart of the NoHo Arts District, will present its annual exhibit and sale the weekend of November 23
& 24. Twenty local artists will
display their hand-crafted ceramic artworks, from functional everyday objects to
one-of-a-kind sculpture. Founded by
Harry Berman in 1972, Berman Ceramic Arts (www.bermanceramicarts.com) is Los
Angeles’ longest-running ceramics studio, home to both working artists and
beginning-through-advanced students.
This year’s holiday sale is a must-visit event for anyone who delights in owning and giving original pieces that are “locally grown.” Pieces on display will range from rustic and functional to lyrical and abstract. Prices start at $10, and most objects sell for under $50 with the exception of complex high-end works. The artists will be on hand, too, to meet and talk with guests!
Berman Ceramic Arts’ 2013 holiday sale will offer something unique for every taste and budget. Be sure to visit this oasis of creativity in NoHo the weekend before Thanksgiving!
