Dog Adoption Event!

The Animal Protectorates - TAPS will be at
A La Mutt this
Sat, July 12, 12-3pm with some of their ADORABLE ADOPTABLES!

Applications and info:  http://www.tapsusa.org/

Clifford - is 8 month old adorable Pekinese/Pug blend who loves to be in your lap! He must go to a home with other small dogs as he is unsure what to do when he is the only furry family member and he love love loves to play.

Cody - is an active senior Basenji blend. He loves walks, meeting people and especially curling up on the bed. Cody would love to be an only dog with a cat companion, but he does fine with other medium to low energy dogs. Cody is approximately 12 years young.

Conan - is an approximately 6 year old Pomeranian. Conan was surrendered to the shelter when his owner was forced to make a tough decision – she was only allowed to take one of her dogs into the living situation where she was caretaking her ill sister. Conan is keeping his chin up though. He is still sad, but making progress everyday in his foster home. Conan won’t be at the adoption event, but he is being fostered in the Valley if you’d like to meet him.

Daphney - (“duck”) as her fosters call her is an easy easy girl who they will miss when she goes to her new home. She loves to cuddle, follow you around, hardly makes a sound, does fine with other dogs – an “absolute joy” is how her foster mom describes her. Daphney is approximately 2 years old.

George’s - spirit is amazing! He is an affectionate cuddly Jack Russell Terrier who will require a medium to low activity home. He will do fine in an apartment with cats and other small dogs, he rarely barks and is housetrained. At appx. 4 years old, George was hit by a car and surrendered by his family because they could not afford the surgery to plate his pelvis. 4 months later, George had recovered and loves to chase balls again.

Sara - is a high energy uberly sweet 16 month old Belgian Malinois. Sara has it all – sweet, loves to swim, hike, play, agility, highly trainable. She is still very much a puppy and coupled with Malinois energy – quite a handful, but oh so much fun! We have found that Sara is a little too inquisitive with cats, so she would prefer they have their own home.
