Free Classes for Yoga Beginners

Just show up - and start right where you are. All month long in January, InYoga's Beginning Yoga Classes on Wednesdays (4:15-5:30) and Saturdays (12-1:15pm) are FREE!

Come learn the fundamentals of yoga in a fun, supportive and non-intimidating environment. 

We recommend our Beginning Yoga class for students coming to yoga for the very first time, those who have taken just a few classes or returning to practice after a long break. Our best class before you step into Basics/Level 1.
