Transforming Our Community, involves getting fit on the weekend for FREE.
We offer a Work Out once a week which is our rest day Sunday to work out for one hour.
Our call is for the community to enjoy getting pushed to their limits, that are eager to change their body, that want to live a better life.
In having these once a weekend work outs it will demonstrate you where you stand in your health, where your body can be challenged, where you can lose weight and learn to be fit.
What can you do to change yourself to live healthier and fitter. You start with joining the community work outs that are based on the NOHO Location.
We work with our Work Outs to fit the need of anyone's health, you have a hip replacement we can help. You weight over 250+ pounds we want you to commit to come. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU ON ANY WORK OUT. We are here to best serve you to best help you. It's all free and what we get out of it, is your commitment.
