Join Local Artist Mauro Maressa At The Opening Of His Latest Exhibit, “Black & White,” At The NoHo Senior Arts Colony Apartments!

The NoHo Senior Arts Colony Apartments,
a Los Angeles senior apartment community centered around the arts, invites the
public to enjoy a special reception on Tuesday, March 4 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. celebrating the opening of its
latest art exhibit “Black & White”
from local artist, Mauro Maressa.



This art exhibition will showcase Maressa’s latest
works, featuring intricate and engaging, black and white drawings.



The artist reception will give
the public the unique opportunity to meet the artist, Mauro Maressa, in person and
discuss his latest drawings.

Guests will also enjoy live music
at this special event from jazz guitarist Doug Macdonald.



The artist, Maura Maressa
is a retired effects animator, whose work
graced Saturday morning TV shows such as Godzilla, Scooby Doo and The Smurfs.

Maressa also
worked for notable brands including Disney, lending his creative vision and
artistic eye to the production of several classic Disney animated films such as
The Lion King, Pocahontas, and Hercules.



The “Black &
White” collection will be on exhibit through April 21, 2014 at the Noho Senior
Art Colony, and is free to the public.
