PLEASE JOIN US THIS SATURDAY FOR THIS SPECIAL TOUR!

Come take a walk with us and learn more about

the murals along Van Nuys Blvd in
Pacoima. Hear the history, learn the inspiration, and ask the muralists
questions. During the tour you will see 15 beautiful murals from
artists: Levi Ponce, Hector Ponce, Kristy Sandoval,
Manny Velasquez, Ignacio Gomez, Ramiro Hernandez (Rah) and MUTE. The
tour docents are two local art enthusiasts that were involved in making
and documenting of the murals.

Tour starts at the lot next to Myke's Cafe,
nearest cross streets are Pala Ave & Van Nuys Blvd. From there, we
will take the METRO Bus 233 to Arleta and Van Nuys and then we will walk
1.5 miles back to Pala Ave.
Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, sunblock and/or umbrella!

Email Maryley.Carrillo@theMuseumsfv.org to RSVP.
