Questionable babysitter

If anybody who has 2 toddlers ( most likely twins) in the neighbourhood of Bessemer and Goodland ( around this area most likely) and you are using a babysitter during the day. You might want to get in touch with me regarding the safety of your children. Witnessed something today with your kids and the person who took them for a stroll in their stroller which I found quite negligent and even dangerous for your children. I am just a concerned neighbour of yours and would hate to see something happen to your kids.
