Maybe someone here can answer my question. I live in the Valley village section of Noho. I don't work, live, or own property, but I am a member of the East Valley YMCA and have been for some time. I love Noho and I'm there almost everyday going to the redline and restaurants. I feel that even though I'm in VV, I'm still apart of the community and don't feel any difference. I have a very great interest in the Valley and Laurel Plaza development since its adjacent to me and because I'm always shopping there as well. My question is, since I'm a member of an organization, the YMCA, does that qualify me as having a stake in the community? Does this qualify or am I still considered a "Starbucks voter?"
Hi Robert no you can not vote in tommorrow election you have to vote in the Villege vagile side.

Robert you can vote in MTNHNC from your description. Read the requirements for Community Interest Stakeholder on pg 5. Too long to copy here. http://empowerla.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/NC-Elections-Acceptable-Forms-of-Documentation-2014-Revised.pdf If you live east of the 170 you are in MTNHNC. Either location please vote.
