new in the neighborhood..but lacks in customer service!! The machines in this drive through ate up the spare tire cover on my CRV....Attendant didn't even tell me, or warn this could happen. I found out while drying off the car. He refused to compensate for a new cover, wouldn't give me the owner's name. He said I should have read the disclaimer, which I had. Good Customer Service would include a warning, he was right next to my car as I approached the machines, OR at least a FREE CAR WASH as a gesture of good faith. And I think the machines actually scratched the car finish!! You be the judge!!
