We need Federal Anti-SLAPP laws.

Anyone who has been SLAPP'd, needs to SLAPP back. California has very strong SLAPP laws. Now the rest of the nation needs them to. Protect first amendment. No SLAPP. If you don't know what SLAPP is, google it.

Please introduce Anti-SLAPP Federal laws to protect the little guy from the big guys. After an interview I did with ABC7 What's bugging you noise Father Marco Ortiz took me to court in retaliation. This was a SLAPP. I had to fight a billion dollar organization on my own without an attorney. This was cruel and very mean. He lost. I won. He had no case. California has very good anti-SLAPP laws. But we need Federal anti-SLAPP laws too. Protect freedom of speech first amendment. You don't appreciate it until it is almost taken away from you.
