LAFD: 2 Critically Injured in Sun Valley Hit-and-Run

A man and a woman on a bench are struck by a motorist who drives off, according to the LAFD.

A man and a woman seated on a bus bench in Sun Valley were critically injured Saturday when they were struck by a motorist, a fire official said.

Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to Sheldon Street at San Fernando Road at 10:21 a.m., said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles City Fire Department.

The two had been seated on a bus bench on the southeast corner of Sheldon at San Fernando when they were hit.

Police officers chased several "hit and run suspects'' in the area shortly after the crash, according to police radio dispatches. But Los Angeles Police Department supervisors did not immediately have details about the incident.

Hi! Yes, something is definitely happening there. I've stopped by a few times in hopes of bumpingRead More into the new owner but I haven't been so lucky. I've left my business card with a few construction workers but no one has gotten back to me so far. From what the workers told me, it's going to be a new restaurant. Those are all the details I have for now, but I'll keep you posted as soon as I found out more. Thanks!
ok thank you
