A man who allegedly caused a ruckus and stole a Santa hat at a North Hollywood Denny's Sunday was taken into custody, the Daily News reports.
Believed to be around 40 years old, he entered the Lankershim and Burbank boulevards location of the restaurant, reportedly grabbed a chair and started shaking it at patrons, according to the Daily News.
The man, who was believed to be under the influence, then snatched a Santa hat off an employee's head and fled, eventually leading police on a car chase.
