I saw the whole thing unfold from prior to the accident. The driver of the black sedan is 100% at fault. Driving erratic from chino hills west bound 60 to causing the crash because he/she tried to cut off traffic at the last second to enter the 57 S. it all could have been avoided. The driver should be allowed a license. I can be reached as a witness to this tragedy. It's a miracle no one was killed or decapitated. Dn2earthcma@yahoo.com
