A single-vehicle crash Sunday morning on the Hollywood (170) Freeway in North Hollywood has forced the closure of at least four traffic lanes, the California Highway Patrol said.
The condition of any injured people inside the vehicle was not immediately known, said CHP Officer Anthony Martin.
An official with the Los Angeles City Fire Department could not be reached for comment.
The crash on the northbound freeway at Burbank Boulevard was reported to the CHP at 6:30 a.m.
A SigAlert was issued at 6:36 a.m. closing the No. 2, 3, 4 and 5 and five lanes of the northbound freeway, as well as the Magnolia Boulevard onramp, for an unknown duration, according to the CHP.
