Early Morning Crash Causes 101 Lane Closures

Highway patrol reports all lanes are open as of 8 a.m.

A multi-vehicle collision occurred on the northbound Hollywood Freeway at Universal Studios Boulevard at around 5:30 a.m. Saturday causing all northbound lanes to be closed, according to California Highway Patrol Officer Ed Jacobs.

As of 8 a.m. Saturday, both the California Highway Patrol and CalTrans reported no traffic restrictions on the 101 Freeway in the area.
