Garment Factory Damaged in Structure Fire

No immediate cause behind the blaze on Tujunga Avenue is known at this time.

Fire damaged a North Hollywood garment factory Wednesday morning, according to a news photographer who was on the scene.

Los Angeles firefighters were called to the 6800 block of Tujunga Avenue at about 2 a.m.

Flames were through the roof of the large, single-story building , the photographer said.

Fire officials at the scene explained that the business washes and dries garments, he said.
