No Injuries in Parking Garage Fire

A two-car blaze is extinguished in minutes by local firefighters.

A fire in two cars in a parking garage below a three-story apartment building in North Hollywood Monday was knocked down by 29 firefighters.

The fire at 5807 N. Laurel Canyon Blvd., two blocks of Burbank Boulevard, took 10 minutes to extinguish, according to Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Firefighters were called to the scene at 6:25 p.m., Humphrey said.
