Missing Elderly Woman Found

The woman suffers from Alzheimer's and was last seen on Coldwater Canyon.

Authorities are looking for an 86-year-old woman who suffers from Alzheimer's disease and went missing Thursday afternoon, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The woman, who was not immediately identified, was last seen in the 4600 block of Coldwater Canyon around 3 p.m., an LAPD news release read.

The missing person is approximately 5 feet tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has gray hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a beige sweater, brown pants, a light green blouse and black shoes.

Anyone who sees the elderly woman or has information about her whereabouts is asked to call LAPD's North Hollywood Community Police Station at 818-623-4016.
