Southbound 170 Freeway Closed Due to Possible Suicide Jumper on Sherman Way Overpass
The man is taken into custody about 7 a.m., and no injuries are reported.
The southbound Hollywood (170) Freeway was closed for about a half hour in North Hollywood Tuesday morning while a man possibly threatening to jump from an overcrossing was taken into custody, authorities said.
The southbound lanes were closed about 6:30 a.m. at Sherman Way, said California Highway Patrol Officer Monica Posada.
The man was taken into custody about 7 a.m., and no injuries were reported.
