The Lights Go out on Toluca Lake
The power went out about 8 p.m., says a representative with the Department of Water and Power.
About 900 customers are without power in the Toluca Lake area, says Terry Schneider of the Department of Water and Power.
The power went out about 8 p.m., she says. Crews are on scene investigating the cause of the outage and working on fixing it. There is no estimate on when power will be restored.
