The intersection of Laurelgrove Avenue and Dehougne Street just got a bit safer.
Thanks to concerns raised by Luis Ovies, there was a stop recently installed after stating his case to LA City Councilman Paul Krekorian's office.
The intersection is frequented by kids crossing the street to visit the nearby library or Valley Plaza Park, according to the councilman's office.
