I understand the good it does, but it's a detriment in other ways to the neighbors surrounding the park. I'm glad to see the crime numbers go down but for folks who live in the audio radius of this park it's incredibly distracting and annoying. The DJs and the loud mics make it difficult to sleep, can they not turn off the music after say 9 or 10pm? Just as a courtesy to neighbors? And for those of us who RELY on street parking, it has become a nightmare!
