Campbell Hall Baseball Standout Ready to Get His Swings in

Local Sports Notebook: Heading into what has turned into a 17-day break, Campbell Hall's Adam Ehrlich had four home runs in three games.

When you’re as hot a baseball hitter as Adam Ehrlich, you want the bat in your hands.

That’s what makes the stormy weather last week, combined with a spring break, so frustrating, as Ehrlich and Campbell Hall High are in the midst of a 17-day break before resuming Tuesday night at Calvary Chapel in Downey.

Ehrlich was riding a streak that included four home runs in three days heading into the break. Overall, the senior catcher is batting .680 with five home runs and 22 RBIs in 25 at-bats.
