Sacred Way Yoga is inspired by the ancient practices of Shamanic Healing and Yogic teachings. Open to anyone and everyone with a willing heart, each session weaves movement, meditation and intention for greater strength, confidence, serenity and connection to spirit.

Join  Bekah Wednesday September 19th to continue our journey from the outside in! Moving from dense to subtle, exploring the Pancha Maya Koshas, or the five sacred sheaths, we learn how to feel healthier, happier and more aligned with our body, breath, wisdom, intuition and bliss. We are pulling back the next veil, shifting from the physical realm to the energy body, or “Prana Maya.” Using the breath in movement and meditation, we can deepen our awareness of this sheath and start to recognize the more subtle relationships within. Breath work brings calmness, clarity, releases tension and anxiety and allows us to see the world within and without with more joy and acceptance.

*Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in! We will be barefoot!

Bekah Turner is a Yoga teacher, Shamanic healer and minister. For the past decade, she has been blessed to study with a plethora of gifted teachers and traditions. Her own practice remains non-dogmatic, playful, curious and constantly evolving. She teaches regularly at Yoga Blend in Burbank, monthly at the Green Man in North Hollywood and privately in her teepee.  Bekah is passionate about nature, magic and celebrating the cycles.
