New Car Dealer Wants to Give Back to Community

Leo Bagdasarian opened his car dealership about four months and is not wasting any time in using his business to help the community.

Throughout the month of September, 15 percent of proceeds from the sales of new and pre-owned cars will go toward the charity of the buyer's choice, he said.

"I'm the type of person that likes to give back," Bagdasarian said.

He's already done a similar charity drive with his cargo shipping business--Inter Cargo Carrier--that let his customers donate to charities in their home countries.

But when it comes to Novel Motors, Bagdasarian said he wants to help local causes. If it goes well, he said he could see giving back to charity every few months.
