Jack Witt "Get Fit with Witt", Neighbor

Jack is a Health and Fitness Coach and Community Organizer, staying active and involved in building healthy communities in the east valley since 2001. He holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science, and several health and wellness certifications.

Jack provides personal and small groups fitness training for kids, adults and seniors along with work-site and personal wellness programs, motivational and self help tools, and online and telephone coaching.
