Rabbi Moishe Carlebach is the spiritual leader of Chabad of Toluca Lake since 2009.Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Rabbi Carlebach comes from a well-known rabbinical family. He received his education and training in Australia, New Jersey, Israel, Russia and South Africa.
